The London eye was great. However my experience with Viator, box city, and getting my tickets sucked. Wasted almost 45 minutes trying to get my tickets. Although customer service was able to help, I expect your app to work.
A must see when visiting London at least once….buy a ticket that gets you 3 attractions as it’s better value for money. 👍🏻
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Views of London — Worth Experiencing at Least Once The London Eye was a great experience and one of the best ways to really appreciate the size and beauty of London. The highlight is definitely the view. As you slowly rise above the city, you get incredible panoramic views of the River Thames and London's most recognizable landmarks. Seeing Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and the city skyline from above gives you a completely different perspective than you get while walking around London. The ride itself is smooth and slow enough that you have plenty of time to enjoy the scenery, take photos and simply look out over the city. I also liked that it didn't feel rushed once we were inside the capsule. If you're visiting London for the first time, I think the London Eye is worth doing at least once. It's touristy, but the views genuinely deliver and make it a memorable London sightseeing experience. Amazing views, great photo opportunities and a beautiful way to see London from above.
Nice experience with nice view.
Quick and smooth check in. No issues at all..very happy. And the waitimg time was actioned really well.
Used our Merlin passes to book this wonderful experience. From the moment you are greeted at the queue until you exit the cabin it is a well organised trip. I use a mobility scooter and the staff were so friendly and understanding. They put down a small ramp so you can enter the cab and you are free to sit any part of the cabin. You have a great view of London once you reach the top. Would highly recommend for all walks of life. You wont be disappointed.
The line lasted less time than I imagined. I happened to get a 30% discount with Tripadvisor the day before the visit and what a panoramic and magnificent view of London, I recommend it!
Nice way to see the city. Air conditioning is a bonus in the heatwave!
1. This isn’t a reservation. This is an entry ticket. The line starts at your time. That’s not a reservation. 2. The windows are dirty. Don’t expect good photos in any way. 3. It’s a group event with random people. Those random people will probably be children running all around you.
Great views of London landmarks. Too many ignorant/selfish passengers spoiling others photo opportunities otherwise, a great experience.
