Yasmine was excellent about contacting us in advance about the tour. She was on time and we were slightly delayed by waiting for our bill from lunch. Our tour to the Peace Palace was excellent and she was able to guide us to the trams although was a bit uncertain as to which to take but she took VERY CAREFUL care of us on the tram. The visit to the Binnenhof was very disappointing because the building was closed and we could not get inside and Yasmine have a bit of a “unfocused”—perhaps because she was used to going inside the building. I had been before so remembered most things but it just seemed a little scattered. Yasmine was VERY HELPFUL ensuring we got the correct trains to get back to Amsterdam.
Dear Paul, thank you for taking the time to write a review. we appreciate it. Tina
