Located on Moqattam Hill, it served as Egypt’s seat of power for centuries. Key attractions include the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, the Mosque of Sultan al-Nasir Muhammad, and various museums. It offers stunning views of Cairo and is a major historical and tourist site.
Coptic Cairo is a historic area in Old Cairo known for its early Christian heritage. Key sites include the Hanging Church, St. Sergius and Bacchus Church, Ben Ezra Synagogue, and the Coptic Museum.
