It was a long day for what we seen. Guide was not very informative or knowledgeable on easy questions of population or sequoia trees. Basically said what we could read on signs. His driving was erratic with braking and speed. Thought we were close to accident on a few occasions. Difficult to understand him with strong accent. We had to change vehichles at start of trip due to luggage isdue with other driver. Pick up was very confusing. I made several calls to confirm pick up. He did drop us off at restaurant vs. Walking from Space Needle or Pikes Place which was appreciated. I actually think due to confusion and time we were not shown Lake Washington on tour. It may have been drive by but I needed to ask its location. We had several tours on this trip and this was the most disappointing.
Very disappointed. Was looking forward to seeing the Seattle sights coupled with fun history and interesting information. I’ve been on shorter Seattle tours that provided more information than this one. Guide knew only very bare facts and what was said was difficult to understand because of heavily accented English. Not a single ‘pass by’ on the itinerary was pointed out let alone explained. I pointed them out since I had been before. We did not even pass by Pike Place. The smaller tour is nice in some respects, but it meant a smaller vehicle and if you were in the back, you were jostled and bounced. It is not worth the price at all. Go with a shorter tour with a different company. You will be wasting your money on this one. It’s nothing more than a taxi service. I do not understand so many high reviews. Either those experiences had far better guides or they simply haven’t been on many tours to know what a quality one should be. However, I did find all reviews that were low had almost exact experience as we did. Will never use them again.

We booked the Best of Seattle and Snohomish Falls tour about a month in advance, excited to see the touristy parts of Seattle over about a 7-hour trip. We have been to the Seattle area and wine country many times visiting friends so we chose this tour on purpose. Pick up was scheduled for 9:30 a.m. from our hotel (as documented in a confirmation email the day before) so when the van hadn't arrived by 9:40, I reached out. It turns out that the tour director accidentally overlooked our booking so the tour group was already on its way out of the city. The tour director offered to send an Uber to pick us up and take us to Snohomish Falls to meet up with the group and explained that the only part of the tour we booked that we would miss was a candy store so we agreed. The tour director was not communicative about which Uber was picking us up and its ETA. I had to send a photo of the license plate of the car I thought was our Uber in order to get confirmation. We were connected with the tour van driver, Silas, who was fantastic! When we arrived at Snohomish Falls we met up with Silas and learned that the tour he was driving was not the tour we signed up for. He was driving a tour into Woodinville where there were 3 hours of free time to explore the wineries (and would stop at some touristy sites on the way home). Visiting Woodinville (where we had spent the previous 3 days and many previous visits) is exactly what we did NOT want and hadn't signed up for. We also learned that this tour was about 2 hours longer then the tour we signed up for which messed up our evening plans. We had two choices- continuing on the tour or heading back to Seattle without plans so we chose to stay on the tour. The Woodinville area and its wineries are lovely as were the stops at the troll and waterworks on the way home. We did not stop, however, at all of the places included in the tour we actually booked. Silas was helpful by offering options for places to visit in and around Woodinville and dropping us off there as well as being friendly and a safe driver. We had expected, perhaps mistakenly, that we would be taught about the history of the city, not just driven from sight to site. And while it's a small complaint, the tour package for both the tour we signed up for and the Snohomish Falls and Woodinville tour that we ended up on but didn't sign up for both advertised that there would be water and snacks available. There were not. If we had known that we would have packed more water bottles and food. All in all it turned out to be a wonderful day but not what we signed up for. I recommend signing up for this tour if you want convenient transportation between sites but to definitely communicate with the tour director in advance to confirm exactly what to expect and that you are indeed signed up for the tour.

We finished up an Alaska cruise but our flight didn’t leave until late that night. We decided to take a tour of Seattle. We were not disappointed. Slava did a great job and he took us to places we would have never seen. He was very personable and knew a lot about the city. I highly recommend this tour.

This was such an excellent tour. With our limited time in Seattle, we wanted to do as much as we could in one day so we booked this tour. Slava was our tour guide and he was sooooo awesome! I booked this tour because of the 4.7 stars. Our driver/guide, Mehrdad, was not knowledgeable at all. He did not give us any historical information about the areas we visited. I made a request when booking the tour to sit on the front row. I also texted Daniel and asked for the front sit. I was totally ignored. Me and my family ended up sitting behind the van for 7 hours. Very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this tour to my friends and family.

Our pickup order is based on distance and location so we can save time and provide the best service for everyone. By default, it’s “first pickup, first drop‑off,” but if a guest asks the driver directly, our guides almost always try to rearrange seats to make it work. It seems this request may not have been communicated clearly during the tour, and we wish we had known so we could have helped you sit in the front. Our driver was very nice and helpful but his driving was awful. He went through several red lights, sped and cut people off.
