We couldn’t have been happier with this transportation option. Traveling with a group of eight—including six teenage girls—is basically a logistical nightmare, but somehow, this went off without a hitch. Mr. Ricardo greeted us at the airport with a sign (which made us feel like celebrities or contestants on The Amazing Race). The van was roomy enough to hold all of us and our mountain of suitcases without anyone having to sit on a duffel bag. Mr. Ricardo was friendly and incredibly patient, even though we looked—and acted—like sleep-deprived zombies straight off an overnight flight. I wholeheartedly recommend this service to anyone arriving in Terceira, especially if you're rolling in with a crew larger than three people. It’s way more comfortable and affordable than a taxi—and a lot less chaotic than relying on your Azorean relatives, who are known to show up with five family members in a compact car and then act surprised when there’s no room for your luggage… or you.

On time even by german standards, friendly driver, spacious vehicle, fair price and good communication and flexible arrangements when the flight is changing. Highly recommended.
