The taxi guy never showed up. They told me he wouldn't have a sign with my name. I waited for 15 minutes and ended up taking another taxi to my hotel.
The driver waited for the client in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing their name. The client did not answer calls; the waiting time was 1 hour. The client was delayed in exiting immigration and collecting luggage, did not inform anyone, and was unable to communicate.
