Once I connected with the driver it was a nice drive to our destination. It took me a while o connect but I didn’t understand how to. But the help line at Viator was a help in connecting us.

Was very good, as soon as we landed she communicate with me to look for her, the driver. The only problem was the car was a sedan an we are two people with one luggage and one carryon and it was no space so I had to seat with my luggage and carry on on the back seat over me.
