Important Information for Your Tour Reservation 1. Pick-up and drop-off 1.1 Pick-up and drop-off will be at your hotel accommodation (same hotel). 1.2 The quoted price is based on pick-up and drop-off locations within Taipei City/New Taipei City. For other cities, the price may vary. Please confirm the updated price with TST's customer service team. 1.3 If your tour starts from the airport, an additional airport pick-up service fee may apply. 2. Booking Requirements 2.1 For reservations made through TripAdvisor or Viator, bookings must be completed at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour or airport pick-up service. 3. Peak Season Reservations 3.1 During peak seasons, we highly recommend making your reservations at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability. Bookings made less than 72 hours before the tour may not be guaranteed. To secure your preferred time slot, we encourage early booking. 4. Driver Assistance 4.1 Please note that our driver has basic English communication skills and is not a licensed tour guide. However, they will provide guide-like assistance throughout your service. For smoother communication, a translation tool or device may be used when necessary. Your driver will support you during the tour, assist with photography, offer restaurant recommendations, and help at destinations that do not require tickets. Our goal is to ensure your experience is comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. 5. Inclusions and Exclusions 5.1 The quoted price covers car rental with a driver, fuel, toll fees, parking fees, and the driver’s meals. 5.2 Please note that customer meals and entry fees to attractions are not included in the quoted price. This was my first trip to Taiwan and I was lost and worried about it, but it was a great trip with the suggestion of driver Chen Gongyue and the guide. It was a really good memory for me to make an album of photos.
They will pick you up at your desired time and place. You can discuss this before you travel. It was also possible to change the location suddenly depending on the weather on the day. Driver: Just told Chen Gongyue that he wanted to go to Taipei 101 They took us to a place where we could take a photo with the tower in the background! I was happy. The driving is very careful! They took a photo and made a video for us in Jiufen! I'll treasure your photos, videos. Thank you very much. They will explain the meeting place carefully, so you won't get lost. I definitely want to use it the next time I come to Taiwan. Thank you very much.

We had a private, comfortable vehicle for our party of 4. Charlie, our friendly driver, picked us up at our hotel, even arriving a little early. We appreciated the bottled water, too. He helped us get our tickets for Yeliu park and our paper lanterns in Shifen. He took a lot of pictures at the different stops. He also offered the use of umbrellas since it was a hot and Sunday day. It was a fun day, filled with the right amount of stops!

We had a great time to take the private day tour with Leo. Leo is very informative, super helpful, and thoughtful. He took many nice pictures for our family. The tour route was well designed, we hit all the sites very efficiently and did not feel rushed. I also like TST communicated with me days before the tour to finalize the details, so no surprises. Thank you Hayashimori-san for the other day! I enjoyed the conversation in the car. While I was surprised by the way they immediately researched Japanese conversation and words, I learned a lot from them answering various questions such as the current situation in Taipei and the historical background of Jiufen. They arranged for me to arrive at the best time for the scenic view of Jiufen, and even gave me a photo and a video, which impressed me. We were so busy from morning till night that they picked us up at the hotel and even showed us around there, so we were able to go around relaxing both physically and mentally. I thought it was very easy and convenient to keep in touch with the TST staff and local drivers on Group LINE. We are very happy that all requests have been answered. It was a large group so it became a reasonable private tour. It was my first time in Taipei for city information and night market information, so I thought I should have used LINE to ask more questions. Overall I'm very happy. Thank you very much.
