Limited seating area. Place is extremely cold. Bathrooms not located at lounge. Limited food choices.
Awful. Save your money and don't use Showers were disgusting and water everywhere with long queues to access the 2 showers available. Food was limited and tasteless with again long queues to access the small lounge
I thought it was a good lounge and I spent 12 hours there. Delicious fresh cooked noodle bowls. Western food rather limited but a nice little salad bar. Comfortable chairs and was never too busy. Could store your luggage at the check in counter. Not much variety of alcoholic beverages available, but enough. Also an ice milk machine. Overall I was glad that I bought a pass.
Busy Lounge. Mainly Asian food. Comfortable seating. Many drinks options. Very average toilet facilities.
smooth and easy check in to the lounge. Perfect service, foot and beverage offered. An airportplan to find the booked area would made it from excellent to perfect.
Not worth the money. Terminal 1: no private rooms existant, Terminal 2: private rooms not available 'cause lounge under construction. Terminal 1: food was nothing special, not good looking, boring. Comfortable seats were "booked", what means only available for business travellers. No other comfortable seats, only 'normal' chairs, small space for many people approaching. Staff ok. Wouldn't go there a second time.
Impressive venue, service and amenities for travellers. Eventhough a busy place there was ample food, and places to crash.
Our experience was great! It was unlimited food and drinks. Even alcohol, there were showers, rest areas, outlets, they even provided toiletries and towels for showering. There were near by massage chairs. It was a nice ending to a long layover.
TOO BUSY. We had to pay extra for a VIP seating area to find a place to sit all together but otherwise comfortable. They ran out of beverages which kind of made no sense for being a 24-hour airport lounge. Everyone enjoyed most of the foods, and were able to get alcohol or other beverages. It was kind of hard to find, but the one we went to was up some pretty stairs.
Dirty and smells moldy. While eating I saw tiny roaches crawling on the couch. I don’t believe it is worth the price. Toilets are too tight
