Taiwan Local Tofu DIY Experience in Daxi
Description
We will pick up travelers from Taipei city, and drive down to Daxi, Taoyuan, where is well-known for a popular ingredient in Taiwanese cuisine-Tofu. Recently, it is selected as a Top 10 Small Tourist Town for a good slow travel destination. In this activity, you will experience making your own tofu and build your very own wooden tofu mold at DIY workshops with Daxi locals. Prepare to discover the many ways to prepare and eat tofu over a gourmet lunch. After lunch, we will take you to visit an organic Daxi farm and learn about the community's local agriculture. Join us to explore more about this lovely township!
