We don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience absolutely deserved one. A huge thank you to the entire crew — Carlos, Dez, Julia, Lucie, Kam, and Tommy! From the moment we stepped on board until the very end, every single person made us feel welcome. The perfect balance of professionalism, great customer service, and genuine fun made this one of the highlights of our trip. I work for a company where customer experience is the number one priority, and I can honestly say I would hire every single member of this crew. Their energy, attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to create an unforgettable experience were outstanding. We booked both the Turtle Snorkel Cruise and the Sunset Sail, and not for a single second did we regret spending the money. Every dollar was worth it. The crew of Jenna, Julia and Dez were outstanding they were very accommodating and fun to interact with. I would highly recommend the sunset cruise and fun perfectly time to see the beautiful sunset. Great value, great experience!

We had the best time during the sunset cruise! The staff was super nice and the atmosphere a lot of fun! Wear shorts preferably since your legs will get wet when you are getting on and off.

We had an awesome sunset cruise with Waikīkī Sailing! Boarding on the beach was super easy and convenient when staying in Waikiki. Captain Woody & Carlos were great & Lucy was a stellar bartender. Jess also took great pictures for us and the whole crew was just fun to be around. Will definitely take the same boat when we’re back in town! No notes.

We enjoyed the cruise so much. The crew was fantastic. Drinks were delicious!! Cannot beat the views. Just amazing.

I went on Friday and Saturday evenings and had widely different yet great experiences each night. Our trip on Friday took us towards Diamond Head and back and yielded a phenomenal sunset as the sun dipped below the horizon. Saturday's trip saw an almost immediate set of whales spouting water and off we went in search! Due to a steady chop, we experienced the thrills of riding the waves and yes, some of us did get wet....and loved it! A pack of dolphins passed on both sides of the boat less than 10 minutes later. Although there was no visible sunset, the background of the Waikiki lights against incoming storm clouds rolling in made for a great background picture. I would definitely do this trip again. The boat is in top shape and the crew was fantastic in helping us to see the marine life.
