Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup is available for all hotels within Pattaya area. Pickup time is between 9.30 a.m.- 10.30 a.m. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

Please be very careful in selecting this tour. They say you have the option of being picked up at the hotel or come directly. We chose to go directly but they never gave instructions on where to meet them. They communicate both by Whatsapp and viator separately but don't coordinate with each other. When it's 15 mins to the trip, after we show up at the ocean Marina yacht club, they give 2 different numbers, one that's unanswered and another that is answered by someone that doesn't communicate in English. After a lot of back and forth calls, one lady finally said they wouldn't take us since we didn't show up when driver showed up at the hotel, although we chose the option of going directly. At the end, at 10.55AM, they said they will not say where to go nor take us on a tour. Such a disappointing news. They also did not agree to refund the money. Never had such an experience with any of the viator trips before.
