Sunset Hike and Stargazing Experience in Roque Nublo Mountains

This tour was one of the highlights of my trip to the island. Pablo was an excellent guide and took us to some truly spectacular spots to watch the sunset over the volcanic landscape — the views were absolutely stunning. After sunset, we explored several viewpoints around the area, including beautiful perspectives of Roque Nublo and other iconic sights. Delicious snacks were provided along the way, with great vegetarian options, which was a lovely touch. Once night fell, the real magic began. We waited as the sky filled with thousands of stars, and Pablo shared fascinating stories about the constellations, which we could even observe through binoculars. Seeing planets, shooting stars, and satellites while wrapped in the quiet of nature was an unforgettable experience. We then hiked back to the meeting point feeling inspired and happy. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the island — a perfect blend of nature, knowledge, and wonder.

We had a great walk with Pablo. He always had the group in mind, explained a lot and we could enjoy great views with delicious snack and hot tea. It was a great experience to be on the mountain in this silence. We would only have liked a stop for stargazing when descending, but it was also really cold. Thanks for this great hike!

What a perfect evening! A unique gem of a tour to find amongst so many offerings. Pablo was a wonderful host and guide. Had a magical experience in the mountains hearing fascinating facts about the island’s geography, history, culture, ecology and astronomical alignment! Very special, grounding, and thought provoking experience with spectacles above the clouds that will take your breath away. Travelled on my friend’s birthday, the day after mine, for our birthdays… and what gift it was. Managed to catch a glimpse of a shooting star which is always an incredible blessing. Pablo was a friendly, personable guide not only to the stars but to the geology and ecology of his native island. Our diverse group had a lot of fun together, and were spoiled with exceptional sunset views of the caldera and across to El Teide on Tenerife. If you go in winter, do heed Pablo’s advice to take several layers of warm clothing!

Wow, an amazing experience, don't hesitate book today. Pablo (the guide) is super friendly and his knowledge is excellent. His tour was extremely well thought out and we were left wanting for nothing. The 3 hours is filled with interesting talk and stunning scenery. Truly out of this world ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
