Sunset Experience on Mekong You will embark on a magical cruise on a small river tributary, surrounded by apple mangrove trees and water hyacinth. Birds like the white Stork and Kingfisher, also live there. Exploring the simple life of the local people will be the aim to start the experience, among the green canals. We will then go along the Mekong River, exploring the fishing ways of the local people. They make a living on their floating houses. As the sun dips below the horizon, take the opportunity to contemplate its glow over the green islet. On the river cruise, you can enjoy some tropical fruit and savor the rich Mekong colors. Then, we will come back to the busy and vibrant lights of the city, discovering the activities of the local people at night. Very nice experience with Nga. Relaxed tour on a boat in the evening hours. Very kid-friendly. After touring through the canals where Nga explained interesting things about life and traditions of the regions we were taken to a local market. Recommend to all who haven’t got much time in Can Tho.
Booking the tour via WhatsApp was uncomplicated and possible at short notice. Our tour guide David gave us an understanding of the Mekong Delta during the sunset tour in very good English. Afterwards, we were able to enjoy authentic snacks and food with him and round off the evening together. We would definitely recommend the tour to others!
