Steve was awesome . His knowledge about history and the places that we went to were amazing.
The trip is worth the price. Our guide Steve is very experienced, managing the time professionally, giving abundant tourism information, and introducing each location in details. The coach is quite comfortable, driver has good technique. The description of the meeting point at the start of the trip could have been provided in more detail though. As a foreigner travelling to Londom, it is really hard to navigate through Victoria Coach Station.
Very hot day - nice that the bus had AC
Great tour, guide and driver! Plenty of time at both locations. Never felt rushed or wanting more time at either place.
It was great! Our guide was super friendly and informative. The coach ride was extremely comfortable. The sights were great despite the heat and we'd definitely do it again!
We unfortunately ended up going during the heat wave so our experience was compromised by the weather. Stonehenge: we didn't know there was ZERO shade, both while waiting for site transport and at the actual site. Shade umbrellas would have been very useful. It was very busy and took nearly 40 minutes waiting in the sun for there to be room on one of the transport buses ... apparently there was a religious ceremony scheduled that our group didn't know about. Our guide extended our time to accommodate for the delay, but the outdoor wait was awful. Bath: Incredible city with beautiful photo ops. Lots of pubs, sweets and ice cream vendors with some interesting stores and unexpected inclusions such as Poundland and Primark, which seemed sorely out of place against the historic architecture. The baths themselves were really interesting to see, but super busy and, with no airflow, HOT. Very few -- if any -- of the stores had A/C, with the exception of restaurants. We found an air conditioned pub and pretty much stayed put. Had we come in a cooler month, I think we would have seen 90% more of the city.
It was a wonderful day at Stonehenge and Bath! Our guide was excellent. We had plenty of time on our own. The only negative was Bath was very crowded, so getting lunch took a while.
Tom and Florian saved the day when the coach broke down at the end of a wonderful day trip. They organized quickly to ensure everyone was safe and returning to London as swiftly as possible. During the day, Tom's humorous commentary and anecdotes cracked me up and started the day right. You could see he really cared about the well-being and experience of the 63 passengers. Bath is a veautiful town everyone should visit. Shuttles at Stonehenge could be enhanced, but all in all, it was worth the spend.
Very good tour. Tom was a knowledgeable and funny tour guide. Bath and Stonehenge are amazing places to visit and Premium Tours gives you an excellent tour to do so.
Tom and Florían were professionals through and through. Even with big crowds on a hot day, they made sure everything went smoothly. Even experiencing a bus issue, they made sure we were safe and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this tour.
