Description
Begin your tour in Stavanger centre, next to the cruise port and Old Town, and set off on a scenic sightseeing tour through Stavanger and its picturesque countryside. Admire charming villages and houses, beautiful landscapes, and sandy beaches along the way. One of the stop is the historic "Swords in the Rock" monument, a striking tribute to Norway's Viking heritage. We will also visit an old stone church from year 1140, a fascinating vintage car museum with free entry included, and explore a local fishing harbor with a beautiful beach and ruins of a WWII fort. Another highlight is a local viewpoint, "Ullandhaugstårnet," where you can enjoy a 360-degree view over Stavanger and it's fjords. With multiple stops this tour offers a comprehensive overview of Stavanger's sights and highlights. Our comfortable minivan / minibus will bring you to sights which the larger buses and hop on hop off buses are not able to. With group size up to only 16 pax the tour feels intimate and exclusive.

Ole was amazing!! Definitely gave us the VIP treatment. Gave us extra time at the auto museum because my father was so impressed at the pristine condition and has a love for old cars. Definitely recommend! One of the best tours we took this week, Thank you Ole!
Had a lovely time. Tour was well organized and slow paced. Driver is the nicest man. It covered Stavanger well from the land.
Fab mini bus tour the guide was excellent very informative.
We throughly enjoyed our Stavanger experience. The tour was well paced and informative. It was good to explore further afield, not just the port and centre. Ole, our driver & guide, was excellent, being welcoming, friendly, and willing to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this excursion.
The places we visited were worth the fee paid. The lack of an English speaking guide did not make the experience we wanted. Longer time to visit the museum near the end would make it more worthwhile. This was my first experience on viator and it did not make me want to use them again quickly.
Thank you for the feedback. We will learn and improve. On this particular tour we used an external driver / bus company to help us out, but next time we will make sure all our drivers are able to communicate properly on English and allocate proper time at each stop.
Excellent organized well lovely driver
Very nice, in a small amount of time we got to visit a lot of places. Definitively good for people on cruises or with a tight schedule.
Thanks:-)
The tour led through different neighborhoods, landscapes, along the coast and to spectacular sealing points! The driver was very sympathetic and could tell us a lot.
Great, personable guide in very comfortable van gave a thorough overview of the past and present history of the area.
Great commentary and well delivered thanks for all your direction and choosing the right amount of time at each stop Oli
