- Due to local regulations, the Statue of Liberty Museum, Ellis Island, and the Ellis Island Immigration Museum may not be open on the date of your visit
- February 2025 – Due to construction, priority boarding is temporarily suspended
- If there are only a few French-speaking or Spanish-speaking guests on the tour, you will be in a tour group with English speakers as well, and will have a bi-lingual guide who will give commentary in either both French and English, or both English and Spanish

Can strongly recommend this tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour fascinating from beginning to end. Not only that, but we had lots of time on our own to make the day what we wanted/needed. Do it!
Really good tour as it takes the hassle out of planning especially if you’re with a family, and on a short break and wish to get lots in.
Tour guide was good just couldn't really hear her while walking on the loud city streets. She really needed a megaphone or microphone of some sort.
We had an excellent tour guide and very knowledgeable. She navigated us quickly through all the lines and knew all the tricks to get us on and off the ferry first. Our only complaint was by the time we arrived at each stop and she gave us the history we had about 15 minutes to explore. I wish we would have had about 30 extra minutes at each the Statue of Liberty and Ellis island. We didn’t have time to go to the museum at the Statue of Liberty and we made it through one area at Ellis island.
This tour was incredible! Our tour guide was so knowledgable and personable. We learned so much about the history of New York.
For what I paid, I expected a lot more. For starters, every pre-tour communication told us we needed to be at the meeting point by 11:30am as our tour would be departing at 12pm. We got to the meeting point a bit early to be safe only to find out that our tour was pushed and we needed to be back at 12:30pm to leave at 1pm. I had my 2 kids with me and it was in the upper 90s in terms of heat. Our hotel was nowhere near the tour meeting point so we had to tough it out for over an hour wait. We finally boarded the ferry well after 1pm and I was starting to get nervous about missing another experience we booked separately for 4pm. The Statue of Liberty museum was nice but then I couldn’t find our tour guide to tell her we were heading to Ellis Island early. Ellis Island was a bust because a lot of it is under renovation. We were thankfully able to catch the ferry back in time for our other booked experience. I wouldn’t book this tour again as it was not worth the $275 I paid for myself and two kids at all.

no guide, they are late for 1 hour without any notice till we showed up at the meeting place. We only had oe day in NYC, Have we knew beforehand, we could wisely use the only half day we were there. It stated English speaking, during the whole trip, except two people met us and took us onto the boat, np guidance at all. After we got off the boat, no one showed the way to the museum. Under around 100s degree heat, we got there, we were told the waiting line to get in was 3 hours. We ended up without going into. On the ad, it stated about $70 per person, we ended up paying extra $100 for each person.
Our tour guide made the whole experience worth it. Very knowledgeable I lived in New York 40 years and didn't know a lot of things about the history
