The tour is very well organized, it is a highly recommended experience. The guides are friendly and very well prepared people and they show it. You feel safe at all times, both on the boat and in the water. The tour offers the possibility of seeing different animals such as turtles and starfish, but, from the beginning they let it be known that this is not always possible, because it depends a lot on the weather and the water conditions. We were very lucky, had a good time and the water was very calm and totally clean. It was crystal clear water and the animals looked perfect: turtles, stars, hundreds of fish and even several sharks. The tour has several stops and in each of them the goal is to be able to see different animals, so there is really the possibility to see different marine fauna. In addition, at the last stop a small snack is offered in a beach area full of striped blankets. If you are a person used to diving, this excursion may be limited, but if you are a beginner or do not dive, you will definitely enjoy it.
This snorkeling tour is just ok and not super impressive The day we went was windy and wavy, so rougher conditions. Prior to booking we confirmed we would be able to use a ladder on the boat. This was not the case- you have to jump in the water and only use the ladder to get out. Just FYI if bringing older people who may not be able to climb over a side of the boat. El Cielito is amazing in itself with the clear blue water and we saw a few stingrays. On the ride back the driver went way too fast for our comfort level. The waves were very high and he was speeding past everyone. I couldn’t wait to get off the boat. I would definitely not recommend this tour for young children or older people.
We’re sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the snorkeling tour. While we cannot control weather conditions, we always strive to be extra cautious on days like that. For safety reasons, using the ladder to enter the water is not recommended in certain conditions, as it can take longer and the current may drift guests away from the group, which could be dangerous. However, our photographer personally asked the older guest if she preferred to use the ladder, and she declined. As we operate fast boats, we must maintain an appropriate speed for safety and navigation. If we had been traveling at an unsafe speed, other operators in the area could have reported us, which was not the case.
Very nice day. Drink and dinner. A friendly captain and guide. Good music on the boat. We've seen a huge turtle, a small shark, several rays and so on. I recommend.
What a great adventure. The crew was great. Snacks and beverages were good. Would do again to see different sea creatures. Weather and seas can vary. Boats go pretty fast and the ride can be bumpy. I say this since some folks bring small children.
We were very well served by Captain Fernando, the guide Elías and Valeria the photographer. Very helpful and prepared a rich ceviche, a plate of fruit and jicama, moles and drinks for everyone. Family of 17 members, all happy with the walk and see stars, sharks, manta rays, and many colorful fish. We enjoy!!!
It was a very good experience and we were very pleased with my whole family, we were recommended this tour, and we booked it and were very satisfied with the tour.
Cozumel,s sea spots were besutiful but it was not as expected. Coral rief is dissppointing, but watchimg stars and mantas at the cielito was goo. the captain drove at a high speed with children on the boat, and didn,t want to do s stop for a family.Food very dissppointing and we became ill cause the ceviche was not in good state. Not worth the price.

We would like to clarify a few points for future travelers: • The boat was operated at a normal and authorized speed, as this is a speedboat tour, and it always complies with maritime safety regulations, considering all passengers, including children. • Regarding the requested stop, the passengers chose not to disembark at their hotel because they did not wish to pay the USD 40 external fee charged by hotel piers, which is not included in the tour price and was communicated in advance. • Concerning the food, we maintain strict hygiene and preparation standards. Up to now, we had not received negative comments about our snacks; however, we take this feedback seriously and will review it internally. They are wonderful the Sea Wolf boys, highly recommended for their excursions to Heaven and Heaven, they have been very friendly and responsible!!! AND The ceviche we have been prepared has been wonderful!! Just like fruit.
