I loved it so did my children going back in August to do it again!! The only thing is my waiter was not consistent with drinks and I did tip
Very fun experience. From the swim up bar to the jet ski’s. I loved every bit of it. The food was really good too.
All staff was very friendly. The person that checked us in, not so much but our waiter made up for that.

Great experience excellent service waiter’s were outstanding. Drinks and food were fabulous, delicious loved this place 10/10 highly recommended 👌
Service was ok at our reserved table upon arrival however, at the day progressed service became very poor. We went to the Adult Pool and the servers would not serve men. We will not patronize this Beach Club again.
When we arrived at Mr. Santos on Thursday, we were greeted and well taken care of the whole time we were there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the water was very clean and inviting.
The atmosphere was amazing nd Marshmello was the absolute best. My family nd I will defend be coming back to Mr Sanchos

Very American-ized. They all speak English. Food is decent. The staff is very polite and attentive. We liked that we had a table all day to place our things and then have a spot readily available to continue ordering food and drink throughout the day. The kids LOVED the ocean bounce houses which Mr Sanchos refers to as their water park. It is an additional $14 bucks to use it. They also have jetskis ($88) and parasailing ($80) for rent. Plenty of lawn chairs to lay out. The beach itself was clean and the water was cool and refreshing. The water was very clear as well.
Excellent experience.... Very clean, friendly and so much to do. The food was always hot and fresh even on the buffet(which is not always the case with buffets)
If you want to chill for a day in port with access to pools and the beach, free WiFi and unlimited food and drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic), it’s a good choice. Service was good. Restrooms were clean. Lockers for valuables are available ($10 deposit, but you get it back when you return the key). No issues with beach chair availability. There is an “aqua park” for use, but that costs a little extra. One pool is adults only. Swim-up bars were a nice touch. Food is plentiful as you can either go make a plate at a buffet area or order off a menu and have it brought to your table. Food is somewhat “Americanized” for the majority of the clientele. But the highlights were the shrimp ceviche, and their pico de gallo is made in house. Both were very good. Rest of the fare was ok. Fajita-style chicken, tortilla chips with nacho cheese, refried beans, pork chops, bbq chicken wings and fusilli pasta were in the buffet line. For the kids they offered burgers, fries and chicken tenders.
