Not a good tour, do it yourself

This is just an audio guided tour, you’re on your own to go to the Basilica where Pope Francis is buried, either via the metro, taxi or bus. The travel agency didn’t get our voucher so we we were instructed to show our booking # to get our audio equipment. The lady won’t give it to us without the voucher so called the travel agency & asked if they can speak to the lady, the lady in charge of the audio refused to. She was so rude & not helpful at all. So frustrating, you don’t need to pay $35+ per person for this tour, just go straight the Basilica, it’s free to enter the Basilica & do your own tour. The audio didn’t even have an earplugs, you have to hold it like a phone, so inconvenient!! I wasted money on this tour & they have the worst service.
