This is absolutely not a skip the line ticket. Just go to the official website and buy an online ticket. We had 10:30 entrance and got told to go “wait in line” which was hundreds of people. Had we known this ahead of time we would have went earlier. We were in the same line as everyone else, there is no advantage to buying these tickets for more money. Don’t do it.
This is a humbling experience need At least 2 hours during this tour Need to bring earphone for the tour to connect to audio
The only real advantage of this booking was not having to wait in line to buy the tickets to get to the top of the dome. Otherwise, our wait to get into the Vatican was no different than somebody showing up without reservations or pre-bookings. The audio guide can be downloaded for free, so in short, we felt that this experience was simply overpriced for what you get for it.
It is not worth booking with a provider. Since entry to the basilica is free. Avoid peak hours.
Never received the audio guide. Documents were sent in Italian with little explanation. No response to my inquiries. Ended up just going in without the audio guide.
"Meeting place" was quite a distance from the actual basilica. We walked all the way to the "office," just for them to tell us that they emailed us the tickets, and they never gave us the audio guide to use. The "skip the line" was not really worth it at all. We still had to wait quite a while and didn't seem that much faster compared to everyone else waiting. Would not do again. The papal tombs are not extra anyway regardles of tickets so this ticket was really not worth it considering you can walk into the basilica and tombs for free anyway.
The ticket arrived on time digitally on our phone. The audio guide also arrived on time and worked excellently. Very straightforward process, quick entry into the cathedral. Highly recommended.
Basilica and St. Peter's Square are always beautiful. But paying for this experience makes no sense... there is still a long line... it’s better to wait in line for free.
Fssr Lane was already crowded by 10: 15 PM. The total waiting time was about 60 minutes. There were also plenty of people in St. Peter's Basilica.
Skip the line tickets were void. Security advised they don’t care about skip the line at the online resveration tent. Over a 2 hour line and wait. Do not recommend!
