Had our first airport transfer with Kelly, and were able to book 2 other transfers and also a personalised tour - all with Kelly as our driver. This was a nice experience, as we knew who was picking us up! It was our third time in St Lucia but our first try with this company for our transport, between the airport and our hotel. Communications were very quick and clear. We had about an hour and a half in transit. The ride was very pleasant. Our excellent driver Marvin, was very pleasant, courteous, and had a lot of local knowledge. Moreover, his driving has been relaxing, despite the road conditions that often leave something to be desired. The process from booking to payment has been completed perfectly. Services recommended without a doubt.

Terrible experience! Don't do it!!! We showed up to the airport and our driver was nowhere to be found. Turns out he left us and we ended up being pawned off to the next available taxi driver. We messaged and called upon our arrival and no one picked up. Don't do it!!!
