The Spirits and Scoundrels tour is our Adults Only tour for ages 18 and up. Join us on a walk through haunted Savannah and discover the darker stories that other tours avoid. See real paranormal evidence caught by our team of paranormal investigators. Our Master Storytellers will regale you with tales of murder, voodoo, and haunted mansions.

The tour begins here by meeting your guide at the water fountain.
The tour proceeds through historic downtown Savannah visiting some of the city's darker stories and gruesome locations.
The tour ends just a block from the starting location and at one of Savannah's Most Haunted homes!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time on our Spirits and Scoundrels Tour. Our guide, Nic was awesome! He has a vast amount of knowledge of the lore of this area and is a great storyteller. The tour group only ended up being the two of us so it was like we got a private tour. Nic made it very entertaining and special. We highly recommend this tour and Nic!

The time can fluctuate from 1.5-2 hrs depending on variables related to the group, and other factors. It’s s look at several haunted sites in one section of Savannah. There’s too much to fit into a single tour.

This was a very exciting experience, lots of activity. My two granddaughters were thrilled when they heard the communication from the after life. If you’re not a believer you will be. The two hosts we had Katie and Thomas are super nice and are very knowledgeable in that field, they answered every question professionally. Next time in town we plan on going there again

Great history tour of some of the historical district's houses with tragic deaths and ghost stories attached to them. Kandler was a great guide. I did think it would be a little scarier or that we might go to a graveyard, but i was happy.
