This experience is a complete SCAM. I made a booking 2 days in advance, and the organizer barely responded – only twice in two days. Later they started asking for passport details, and after I provided them, they began sending strange messages accusing me of being a scammer and even making threats. The booking time has already passed, and I never received any confirmation, instructions, or tour details. The organizer is still ignoring messages. This is completely unprofessional and suspicious behavior. I will be contacting Viator support to request a refund. Do not trust the low price – it’s misleading. Avoid this experience.

Loved that they picked us up and dropped us off. What we booked was not what we got. It was supposed to include a pedicure which we did not get. The facility was clean. 3 of us went at the same time and all had a good experience.
