You are not only watching, but participating in the cooking of traditional Thai dishes. We teach and let you make your own Curry Paste from scratch using Motar and Pestle (No MSG and no buying ready made ones from the market) Also as a part of our cooking, we visit the local market (for classes with market tour) to learn and taste local exotic fruits and vegetables. There is always an abundance of new things to see and taste.

We left full and happy! I really enjoyed going to the market to learn about the unique ingredients that we were using. We made several dishes. The lessons were very informative. Everyone cut their own ingredients and made their own meals using a gas stove top. It was a lot fun and I would do it again! I will use the recipes!
