I got an email confirmation yesterday, we were waiting at the spot 6 people, one guy even paid in advance, and they didn’t show up no notification or anything, when we started calling them, they didn’t pick it up first, and when texted on WhatsApp they cancelled the tour
Found this company while helping plan a stag do for a friend and they couldn't have been more helpful, with planning what I asked for, to giving different options to add to our trip we were in constant communication and always kept updated. There was a situation where we weren't allowed in to one place and they sorted getting the refund back well after our trip had finished to make sure that we weren't out of pocket. The easiest 5/5 I've given.

The Pub Crawl was a lot of fun. The guide was very funny and managed to get the whole group to interact. The pubs and clubs visited were really unique and not easy to find!
I feel that it was a waste of money and time. The tour operator was rude and unpleasant. I do not recommend this activity to anyone
Hi Howard; as discussed, you were removed from the crawl for inappropriate behaviour that was making the other attendees uncomfortable. It would have been a negative experience for everyone instead of just for you, had you stayed. As stated in our product, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone being abusive to our guides or other attendees.
When we booked this we were a little sceptical but to our surprise it was the best thing we’ve done while being in Sofia! We would highly recommend this tour to anyone that would like to visit some hidden gems that you would not find on your own. Without giving away too much we can say you will be amazed. We booked the tour for a friday night. It was quite easy to find our lovely tourguide Joana as she was holding up a Pubcrawl sign right on the spot that was described on our ticket. After a quick introduction we went to our first bar where the group received a welcome shot. Joana gave us some nice history info about the bar and after that we could spend some time there with the group getting to know eachother. As the tour continued Maxma took over from Joana guiding us to more bars. Again these bars you will probably not find on your own. The day after we went back to one of the bars and met Maxma again with a new group. All and all an amazing experience! Special thanks to Joana, Maxma and the magic crew! Keep up the good work!

Best tourguides ever. Tour is full with a lot of fun challenges. Definitely worth it! The tourguides will guide you to some different bars where you can fulfill the challenges.
It was very fun to join the pub crawl with a big group of students from the Netherlands. I would recommend this crawl for everyone going to Sofia!
