Description
Our Snorkel Adventure is a true West Coast experience just minutes from Vancouver on this exciting 4-hour excursion. Snorkel in the stunning Howe Sound, then head toward the Pam Rocks seal colony for a glance at these gorgeous sea creatures. Slip into a wet suit and strap on some snorkel gear for a dip in the sea. For those who prefer to stay in the boat, there's also a 'sightseeing only' option. All snorkeling equipment, refreshments, and light snacks are included.

- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Please note: There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. 'Sightseeing Only' option cannot operate without enough divers or snorkelers.
- Guests must be able to swim
- Guest weights, heights, and shoe size must be shared with staff at time of booking.
- Trip operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. If we cancel the trip due to poor weather, an alternative date will be suggested.
- Children must be accompanied by parent or guardian

This trip was everything we had hoped for and more. The crew were professional, genuinely friendly and very knowledgeable and the experience with the large seal colony was magical. The combination of swimming / snorkelling and kayaking was great and the wet suits and equipment ensured we were safe and comfortable. We were also allowed to jump into the sea from the roof of the boat which my 11 year old son loved so much. Highly recommend this experience and thanks to Skyler, Braydon and Emily for making it so enjoyable. Horseshoe Bay is also so pretty and because we were on this tour, we got a discount on some excellent food and drink at the local pub. We Ubered there and back from downtown Vancouver which was very reasonable and an easy way to travel there. Overall one of the highlights of our holiday.
Great trip with lots of seals. The Sea Dragon Charters Team was lovely and very friendly from start to finish. I enjoyed all the activities and the team worked hard to make the trip exciting and informative. Thank you for a great time! My only suggestion would be to offer to take one photo of each person on the tour with the seals and email them as this would be a nice memory :-)
The day and the crew were great. Helpful and happy, nothing was too much trouble. An improvement could be the offer to take photos but that’s a minor thing. In hindsight I should have asked them to take some of me, I’m sure the guys would have. The seals were amazing both during the snorkel and while kayaking. Thanks so much team.

A fantastic experience where you can have such a great time. You can see seals as close as you’ve experienced before in the wild. The hosts our very nice and very enthusiastic. The combination of snorkeling and kayaking is something i never experienced and would recommend to everyone!
It was a great afternoon swimming with the seals. I was also grateful to the organizers who moved me to another day when I was unable to get to my first reservation on time. Excellent experience overall.
The water was 68 degrees F the day we went out, so we were comfortable as we swam near the seals. Still wore the wetsuits, gloves, booties and hat — which created a nice layer of warmth. The water was murky but we could still see a few seals underwater. Overall a great value for the price and a good time!
This is one of the highlights of our trip! Booking was easy. The staff of Sea Dragon Charters are easy to communicate with, knowledgable, fun, and respectful to wildlife. Will definitely recommend! :)

A magnificent excursion to discover seals in their habitat. The team was wonderful and very attentive. I recommend this activity!
This was a really fun tour. I liked that it was divided between snorkeling and kayaking. It ended up being about an hour shorter than advertised, but that was probably for the best. It seemed a good amount of time. I may do this one again with a friend if available.
