We used it from Banff to Calgary it isn’t designed for a reverse trip which it should state When I called customer service he wasn’t helpful

Loved the audio that recognized where we were & played accordingly. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the rental car to play it but did hear it from my phone.

Was supposed to be able to access afterwards and can’t get to my booking and I as unable to play them tour. Viator doesn’t impress me.

The tour was somewhat difficult to get started and determine where it was describing. Once it caught up to where we were in the trip the information was interesting!

This did not work well for us at all. To try and listen and observe along the way to Banff and navigate where we’ve never been before just didn’t work for us.
