Visit some of the most famous delicacies of Emilia-Romagna in a day by visiting small local producers of Parmigiano cheese and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Savor typical products and explore the Ferrari and Lamborghini Museums. You will visit family-run factories in the countryside between Modena and Bologna to learn more about Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and Balsamic Vinegar. All visits will be conducted by the producers’ staff, so none of your questions will go unanswered. After the tours, you will enjoy guided tastings of local products. A light lunch aimed at exploring the gastronomic pairing of local food and balsamic vinegar will take place at the premises of a balsamic producer. While in the area, your experience wouldn't be complete without visiting the Ferrari Museum to see the most famous supercar brand of all time, as well as the Lamborghini Museum to explore the fascinating history and groundbreaking creations of the genius Ferruccio Lamborghini.

Pickup from your location in the Bologna city center or from Bologna train station.
DAIRY FARM / We will start our tour with a guided visit at a cheese factory and learn how aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is produced. After the visit, you with proceed with a tasting of different ages of Organic Parmigiano Reggiano, Ricotta and Caciotta cheese, Balsamic Vinegar and Marmalade, a glass of local wine and water.
You will have a free visit to the Lamborghini museum and explore the fascinating history and the first visionary creations of the genius of Ferruccio Lamborghini, such as the Miura and the Countach, followed by the more recent and exclusive super sports cars.
BALSAMIC VINEGAR / Then we will continue with a visit to an “Acetaia” and discover the production of the famous “black gold”, the precious traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, which you will be able to taste at the end of your guided tour. After, we will have a light lunch, food tasting (no main course), aimed at exploring gastronomic pairing.
After we proceed with a visit to the Ferrari Museum in Maranello with cars, images and trophies that have marked the history of the brand, and you will be able to experience the places where the most beautiful cars in the world are designed.

When you select "Pickup from a meeting point" option, no pickup from your hotel is included, instead pick up will be from a meeting point, Piazza XX Settembre, in front of the NH De La Gare Hotel.
