Ginerva was knowledgeable about what she was teaching, the class was very interactive and entertaining, she made us feel relaxed and explained the process and why things were done the way they were. She answered all our questions. I would recommend this class.
My family and I had a great time with the cooking class. We learned so much from Romania. We learned what we were doing wrong when trying to make pasta at home. She answered all of our questions. The pasta making was hands on. We learned how to make ravioli and linguine noodles. We learned step by step from prepping the flour, eggs, etc and how much to prepare per person. We worked along side another of 2 that were very friendly and made the experience more enjoyable. We learned how to make the pasta using the pasta maker. I would recommend this class to anyone that is serious about learning how to make pasta. My fifteen year old also enjoyed the class. Thank you
On our recent family trip to Rome over the holidays, we enjoyed a wonderful lunch with Romina in her beautiful and cozy kitchen workshop. It was a perfect break between our morning and afternoon tours at the Vatican, and it was just a short walk to get there. She was a fun and gracious host and educator. Our kids unanimously said it was their favorite meal in Rome. They have already planned a pasta-making party with their friends at home to pass along their newly-learned skills!
A week in Rome and this was my favorite experience! Romina is an amazing chef and instructor. She was very accommodating when we added another person last minute. Her kitchen is adorable, and everything we made, ate, and drank was as good as a fine dining experience while taking part in the kitchen! 100% recommend to make this part of your Rome visit.
This was by far the best tour we did in Italy. It’s walking distance from the Vatican we learned how to make ravioli and fettuccini. We were given snacks and wine and were able to eat the pasta we made. And it was delicious!!
From the bottom of my heart, I wholeheartedly recommend this experience with Romina to anyone visiting Rome! It wasn’t just an unforgettable moment for me and my boyfriend — it became a core memory of our entire Italian holiday. Romina is incredibly warm and welcoming, and everything was organized to perfection. Our birthday weekend couldn’t have been more special. ❤️
This is a MUST do experience for anyone visiting Rome! We had the most wonderful evening cooking and learning from the kind and welcoming Romina, who was so knowledgable and talented. We felt right at home, and the food was so delicious. We've already referred multiple friends to do this experience on their Rome trips. Such a highlight!
Thank you Olivia! ❤️
We had a great time. Our party was 2 couples and there were 2 other really fun couples at the class. Romina created a fun atmosphere. I was inspired to start making pasta when I get home. I would recommend this to anyone for a fun evening!
We had an amazing time cooking with Romina! She was so knowledgeable and fun to chat with while we prepared dinner. I truly can't recommend this experience enough, we will absolutely be back to see her again next time we're in Rome. This was the best meal we had during our entire trip to Italy!
What a great experience! My Mom and I decided to take Romina's class during our stay in Rome and it was one of the key highlights of our Italy Trip! The location is super cute with a local charm and so easy to get to. Romina is simply the best, we were a small group with other two families and the way the class is set up + Romina's way of teaching created a great vibe. (Probably the good music also helped) When arrived, she offered a glass of prosecco (which you can always refill while cooking!) and some AMAZING antipasti. Then we cooked two different pasta dishes. She taught us from how to do different types of dough to shape & Cut the pasta, and make the sauces, sharing some great tips to then make at home! While cooking Romina shared with us stories & tips about Italian food and Roman pasta dishes Then we sat at the table, had wine and had the PASTA we all made! It was delicious. We finished with an incredible Tiramisu. Fully recommend taking this class if you are looking for an original, high-end quality class from a local and super qualified cook.
