Great tour!

We were in Reykjavik on a cruise and it was the first day of our overnight (2 days) there. That said, we had to go through immigration to get off the ship which took an ETERNITY. Our tour was scheduled for 9 and we didn't end up getting off the ship and on the bus until nearly 11. The tour operator (Nice travel) was INCREDIBLE to work with. I called and let them know we were running late and they were extremely understanding and kind and waited for our party of 4 (last people to arrive to the bus). The bus was comfortable and had Wifi and charging ports. Our tour guide, Mika, was amazing. He was patient, kind, and very knowledgable. All of the stops on the golden circle tour were amazing. He even gave us an extra quick stop to meet some icelandic horses. We ended at the blue lagoon which was cool to see but if you're going just for that, it was definitely not the best lagoon we went to on our trip. They provide a towel and one drink included in your admission. Bring change of clothes, toiletries, and a comb. Overall an incredible overview of the golden circle. Be aware that there is quite a bit of driving involved but it was a comfortable ride with soothing music so nice to rest. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Well done!

This tour was great, we saw many amazing sites in northern Iceland. Each site we were given the right amount of time to enjoy. Our tour guide, Brahim (sorry if not spelled correctly, “not Bryan”) narrated the tour well and shared so much information, history and pride for Iceland.

GO!

LOVED the whole experience. Arrived at 7 AM and stayed for over two hours. The premium package is the way to go. Got masks and loved it. The whole lagoon is warm and amazing at the same time. It was the first thing we did and perfect after an overnight flight. It was NOT busy when we got there. Busy when we left.

Blue Lagoon was the best

Tour was very organized giving enough time to see stuff but didn’t feel rushed. Blue Lagoon was the highlight.

Memories made…🇮🇸🇮🇸

The minibus has all the modern ports for recharging devices. Our driver arrived promptly and was very clear about what we’d be doing that day and the importance of punctuality. The guide was fun and knowledgeable and very interactive. My only criticism is of the Geysir site. The attraction area is currently a building site and as such not conducive to the visiting experience. I’ll admit the weather being poor didn’t help but the lack of shelter, seating, information boards and the reduced viewing capacity made the visit underwhelming. Godfoss on the other hand was a fabulous experience. Ki-Ki (the guide) was also very organised and concise when we arrived at the Blue Lagoon which was most welcome. All in all a long but memorable day.

Golden Tour was golden

It’s a long tour, but with the enthusiasm and interesting facts that Johans, the guide and driver gave us, it went very quickly. He also took us round some other small, interesting areas to explain the geology of the region.
