Really a great day! Extraordinary sites, an excursion at the end of the day when there are fewer people, a varied program (hiking in a cave, canoeing, etc.), and the highlight of the day with the extraordinary bioluminescent plankton show.
Thank you for sharing your feedback which is very important to us. We are happy that you had a good experience !
First of all, operator is not responsive. After two reminders they sent to me I’ve tried to ask question about what to wear and what to take with us I didn’t get response by e-mail. Then I called them and lady who picked up the phone was barely speaking English. She promised to call back but it never happened. Transfer was ok. However as we arrived we realised it is tour where you get wet all the time so change of clothes, swim suite as well as swimming shoes are very necessary as well as towels… Then you need to realise that around 4 hours out of this 8 hours tour you will spent just sitting on the bench in high speed boat which is very loud so it is impossible to talk or to hear anything, sits are very inconvenient and you can’t see anything from the boat as there are very few windows.. besides that boat was overloaded. It is not small group. It was 22 people instead of 20 promised so people barely fit into the boat and there were 4 boats like this. On the positive side islands are beautiful but very crowded and you need to rush to take your pictures… dinner was ok but watching illuminated plankton is total dissatisfaction. Few people saw few sparks but that was it… Not as spectacular as on the photos at all. And tour operator knows about it but not share in advertisement. Only during the bridging before onboarding the boat they mention that summer is the best time to see it… So this tour is worst I’ve seen in my life so far. Definitely do not recommend to anyone. Complete waist of time and money.
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We take your comments seriously and would like to address a few points mentioned. First of all, we want to clarify that we have strict restrictions regarding the number of passengers on the boat. It is therefore impossible that there were 22 people instead of 20. If you had this impression, it may have been a misunderstanding during the boarding process, but we assure you that we always comply with the maximum capacity to ensure the comfort and safety of all participants. Regarding the bioluminescent plankton, we would like to emphasize that its visibility largely depends on the weather conditions. On clear nights, the effect is exceptionally bright, but in cloudy or less favorable conditions, the bioluminescence may be less visible. We do our best to inform our customers about the best times to experience this phenomenon, but it remains unpredictable and weather-dependent. As for the crowds on the islands, while we understand that it can make the experience less enjoyable, we unfortunately have no control over the number of visitors present. That said, we always try to make the visits as pleasant as possible by optimizing the organization of the tours. We hope that, despite these points, you were able to appreciate the beauty of the islands and the unique nature of our excursion. We will take your feedback into account to improve our services in the future and hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfying experience. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any further questions or suggestions.
It was perfect. Nothing to complain about, nothing to improve, it was a fantastic day in small groups and with a top-notch crew. To do with your eyes closed. Crew was absolutely wonderful. The excursion is definitely worth doing. Finally on a day like this the tourist points are less frequent which is very pleasant. Very nice little canoe trip, stroll in a cave to discover the heart of the “island” which opens onto a magnificent mangrove surrounded by the rock of the island, James Bond island with very few people. Dinner on an island where people live on the water. Very good and complete meal. We even saw bioluminescent plankton. Not as much as in the photos but the weather conditions cause this phenomenon to vary. Sailing at night is also a great experience. The captain was in control to perfection. He knew how to manage himself in a cave the size of the boat. We have a scotch! I recommend this super helpful Guide! The caves and islands were magnificent and above all we could see bioluminescent plankton
