Our guide, Zara, was very knowledgeable, but we only had a little over an hour with her, before we entered the Sistine Chapel. I don't feel like we had the opportunity to ask many questions once we started moving. The online booking said it was a 2.5 hour guided tour of the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel. Very disappointed based on how much we paid. We only walked through rooms what were directly on the way to the Sistine Chapel. Didn't visit the Egyptian or Etruscan rooms, Borgia Apartments, Salon of Raphael or the newer part with the artifacts from around the world.
We had Henry as our guide and let me tell you what an amazing experience it was. He went above and beyond to explain everything and every detail in such an entertaining way. Thanks, Henry, for your incredible energy and for the fantastic history lesson! We couldn't have asked for a better guide.
Very good tour with an excellent guide Henry who was very knowledgeable and made it a very enjoyable experience
Zara was a personable, knowledgeable and very engaging tour guide, would 100% recommend!
Staff were very helpful and on time... Ver knowledgeable and open to questions
Leo was great! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, fast paced and energetic! There were also some young kids in our group, and he made sure to include them and keep them engaged the whole time, which is something I value. I learned a lot about the history and enjoyed looking at the artwork and architecture of the tour. So beautiful! Would recommend Leo and crown tours if I were to come again.
Leo, Crown tours, was amazing, his knowledge is insane, would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you
Leo was a very knowledgeable tour guide, and very engaged the group. I learned so much! So glad I was part of his tour.
Highly recommend, very interesting and at times funny. Leo was an excellent guide. We had two young children with us and he kept them engaged throughout so we could enjoy and take in everything without too many interruptions.
It’s very hot in the summer. A lot of stopping and talking during the tour. The tour guide was very informative however drawn out. It would have been more engaging if we We’re talking about a topic and then being shown once we arrive. The stopping at each part took to long. Our group had to leave early and didn’t make it the last two places on the tour.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s tour felt too long in certain sections and that your group was unable to complete the full experience. We’re glad to know your guide was informative, but we understand your comments regarding the pacing, especially during the summer heat. We would like to review this more carefully with our team, so please contact us at feedback@crowntours.com with your booking reference number and any additional details about your tour. Your feedback is very valuable and will help us improve the balance between explanations, movement, and guest comfort during the visit. Best regards, Sky Crown Tours
