- Please be informed that the Vatican Museums provide wheelchair free of charge in the main lobby. You can easily pick one up upon entering, before starting your own independent visit.

- Please note also that - the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica maintains a strict dress code year-round. All visitors must have their shoulders covered and pants/skirts must come to the knee. Please wear comfortable shoes.
- Backpacks, tripods and big umbrellas must be left inside the cloakroom upon entering Vatican Museum. To reduce any disruption for your group, we recommend that backpacks are not taken on this tour.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the activity starts at the meeting point VIA GERMANICO 8 (Tours About). late comers will not be guaranteed with the entrance.
- St. Peter’s Basilica and the Sistine Chapel close without notice on rare occasions; if this happens, no refund will be issued
- The ticket can be used only for entrance not for guided tours. No external guide can enter with Tours about vouchers. the Guided tour can be purchased only through Tours About.

We stayed in Rome from March 30 to April 3, and visited the Vatican, the castle of Saint Angelo, Hadrian's pantheon, the underground city of the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, and the Capitoline museums. In addition to walking around famous sites such as Plaza España, Plaza Popolo...., five days give for much. All but one of the activities went perfectly: expert guides who explained in a clear and enjoyable way the content of the visits. Rome really offers a lot, as many people say, a real open-air museum and a treasure trove of human history.
I have stayed few times at club med activities are great and service excellent. Staffs are friendly and many thanks to Alyse for everything. Much appreciated.

it was so so nice and pascuelo was even more amazing! although ee had to wait 10 minuts it was honestly fine because they had chairs and sofas.

Had no easy way to find and once we did we missed the check in and lost $100. Told too bad so sad. Just book with an operator when you are ready to ensure you get the tour you wanted and not pay double.

Terrible. I don’t normally write reviews but this is worth it. Tour guide was incredibly rude and screamed at us multiple times for not standing orderly and using the bathroom. Multiple people left during our tour and told the man giving the tour they were leaving due to his lack of respect for others. Spent over an hour talking about a poster outside the actual museum we did not want to see. By the end of the tour we were rushed through the Sistine Chapel, only reason of taking the tour. During our tour we observed rugs for 45 mins. Everyone seemed to have an issue with the guide and after discussing with other families there, they all seemed dissatisfied with the experience. Such a shame how a beautiful place is shown to tourists. Will never use this company again.

Our guide was a nice guy but difficult to understand. He talked for 20 minutes before we left the office. We got inside the Vatican Museum area but then stood in the sun for over 1 1/2 hours while the guide talked. Other tours came and went and we just stood and waited for him to finish. The tour was listed as a2.5hr tour. We didn’t have time to enjoy the museum. I would not recommend this Tour Company. If you decide to go with them, ask for details first.

Very poor information from the guide actually we didn’t have one . Place was dirty and furniture were very old and very dirty bathrooms as well .

This is ridiculous you purchase a ticket online and then I get to the front of the line and they tell me that i have to go back to another building to get the barcode to get into the Vatican. Ridiculous service. I ended up walking back to the building and waiting in line to get a physical printed barcode receipt.! Never again

I used VIATOR to visit VATICAN MUSEUM AND CHAPEL the agent never showed with the entrances so I call him and he promise me a full refund but VIATOR just refund me $934.00 of the total amount of $4674.00
