Pickup Locations & Times
Please, make sure to fill-out the required information regarding to your Arrivals including your SJO Airport Pickup and Destination location in La Fortuna, Arenal Volcano Hotels nearby. Information such as flight number, date, time and hotel name are the minimum required to operate your transportation services and avoid delays or cancelations. The day trip, we will monitor your flight number through regular APPs in order to be on time with your pickup. Besides of Viator Chat, our preferred communication tools with you will be WhatsApp Chat/Calls, regular Phone calls or Waze/Google Maps. If you are traveling with children under 12 years old or less than 1.45cms height/36KG, He/She will require the use of baby car seats or boosters, please, request it in advance before the traveling day at no cost for you. If a booster seat or baby car seat for children is needed but you didn't request it prior to your trip, we may be forced to delay or cancel the trip due to Costa Rican laws requiring the use of it. (Conditioned to availability) It's important to highlight that our services are not On-Demand or immediate response service type .Our transportation services type require preparation for the driver and the vehicle to guarantee the proper service needs for you and your party. Our van is 12 passengers capacity so, in some rides, the driver will be traveling with an assistant to support and provide value added to your private service trip at no cost for you. Once your International flight landed the next step is Immigration and Baggage Claim that could it takes 25 minutes or more than 1 hour by passing through the outside passenger exit doors area. We offer sanitizers to comply with health government regulations requirements. Finally, cancellations are free with full refund if made 24 hours before your trip or reschedule it.

Francisco was great kind and we had a smooth ride from San Jose to La Fortuna. Great conversationalist his english was great my limited spanish was ok but we understood each other lol. My family experience was exceptional. Communication prior to arrival was great. Driver was available and ready for take off immediately after we went through Customs. The driver Accommodated us to a specific restaurant I wanted to try in San Jose and waited patiently. 10/10 will recommend this tour company.

Our driver did a wonderful job on our private transfer from Arenal Manoa to SJO. He was informative about things we saw along the way and made sure to stop and let us stretch our legs halfway through the trip which was much appreciated.

Francisco went above and beyond with our service. We were delayed in customs for quite a long time, and he waited patiently without any issue. He also kindly helped secure specific alcoholic beverages we requested and made a stop at a grocery store so we could pick up snacks. Because of the customs delay, we were running short on time for a night excursion, and Francisco adjusted the plan and dropped us directly at the excursion site to make sure we arrived on time. His flexibility, professionalism, and thoughtfulness truly made our arrival stress-free. Highly recommend.

Francisco was great! The ride was super smooth and comfortable; Francisco gave us juice for the ride after a long, overnight flight. He was very communicative in picking us up, and also very knowledgeable about the area, offering insights into history, geography, and wildlife. He also stopped at our request for an ATM, and would have stopped for breakfast if we hadn't been so tired from our flight. We felt very safe and secure and got to the hotel in record time! I would definitely book again.
