- Please arrive at Via Tunisi 5A at least 20 minutes before your scheduled entry time to complete the check-in process.
- Please provide the full names (first and last) of all guests match with your ID.
- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Vatican Museums.
- If the clients are less than 18 years old you need to bring a document to prove it inside the Vatican Museums.
- Visitors with certified disabilities of 67% or more receive free entry to the Vatican Museums. If the visitor is not self-sufficient, one companion also enters free. Note: This type of ticket cannot be booked online
- Please Note: We are not responsible for partial closures within the Vatican Museums or the Sistine Chapel. No refunds will be provided if specific areas are closed due to special events. Refunds will only be issued if the entire site is closed and the visit cannot take place.
- Dress code: Shoulders and knees must be covered for entry to the Sistine Chapel. This requirement applies to all genders.
- Meet your host at Via Tunisi 5A to collect your tickets. Your host will accompany you to the Vatican Museums entrance. This activity includes host assistance only and is not a guided tour.

Tour operator requested us if we can change Original time slot booked and tried to reach me in various ways so I can get message. When I told them I cannot take the time slot they were offering as we had other things booked, they managed to give us time that would fit with our schedules. Happy and smiling when we met them to get tickets as well. Really helpful and explained properly how we need to start and where to stand in Que.

The title gives the impression that there is a host tour guide and we had nothing but the entry to the museum

Your guide never showed never called and no tour occurred and as of now no refund either very disappointing… should have been a call at least.
