Instead of receiving a clear explanation, I was met with rude and dismissive responses from your team. This is unacceptable, especially from a company that prides itself on offering quality travel experiences. Customer service is a critical aspect of any business, and the way I was treated raises serious concerns about the values and professionalism of your organization. If this is the standard of interaction that customers can expect, I strongly advise future tourists to explore other tour companies that truly value their customers and provide the respect they deserve.
