It was good, I see all the hotels. And the of course MBS . And I think the Mandarin Hotel too. I’m already here in Cebu, Philippines. Thank you.
Very enjoyable cruise with interesting commentary on the sights and history of Singapore…lovely to see the lights around the river at night
Short but cute and full of charm in the evening with the city filling with colorful lights .. ideal as a first taste of the city visit
The tour operator would not accept my voucher. They insisted I contacted the booking agent who didn't answer my request for a QR code which the tour operator required. The tour operator just said get a refund. Which I'm pretty sure I won't receive.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you encountered with the voucher and the difficulties in communication. We understand how disappointing this must have been and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
You will have an opportunity to view the iconic bay area and take beautiful pictures/videos of this part of the city. It was a beautiful experinence.
Informative and fun stories about the history and architecture of Singapore. It was a great cruise - a perfect intro to Singapore. Juts long enough with options. I highly recommend it as a kick-off to your visit to downtown Singapore!
Never got to use the ticket, I accidentally booked wrong date, tried to access booking to change but it wouldn’t let me, couldn’t verify as no email would come through. Eventually went on chat and left a message, was told we’d get a $70.23 AUD refund but nothing has been received. So hard to navigate website when trying to amend booking, when nothing would work
I did not any tickets after the booking that contains QR code. The reception didn’t entertain this email confirmation. Looks like a scam.
Chaotic and wasting your time: They can not handle large crowds, but they still sell it to every one. If you want to stand without any lines or que for more than ine hour , sweating in Hot humid weather, book with them.
I would love to praise the actual Singapore River Cruise, but not TripAdvisor. They have been very unclear about the booking. We paid $139.56 for 4 people to do the cruise and received TripAdvisor's information and a voucher - which said - "Please present this voucher at the redemption point to receive your entry ticket. Which we duly did. The booth operator would NOT redeem it, saying that they have so much trouble with TripAdvisor bookings and will not redeem the vouchers. So we had to pay an extra $139.56 cash. I can't work out how to get a refund because TripAdvisor have no phone number to call, and their website is awfully complicated. I will now not book anything through TripAdvisor again. Unless I hear from them. Our booking reference number was - 1194152565 for Sunday November 24th 2024.
