Pickup Locations & Times
Arrival pick up : The driver will be holding a signboard with your name at the “arrival hall exit belt” (glass door exit belt) closest to the designated luggage belt of your flight. We will follow your flight actual landing time and wait up to 75 minutes from the landed time. However, if you want to request a special pick-up time or explore inside airport, please inform us in advance before your arrival date. Departure: Pickup all customers prior the flight arrival time or 4 hours before departure time to airport.

- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Every passengers who enter Singapore must fill the SG Arrival Card e-Service online. You can fill the form 3 days before arrival in Singapore
- SG Arrival Card e-Service online - you can contact us via Whatsapp to get a link to fill the form to avoid the waiting time at Immigration.
- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
- There will be an extra charge of SGD10 for each additional drop off or pick up stop, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
- If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave, and no refund will be issued.

- Each passenger is permitted one large and one small piece of luggage. For each piece of luggage carried beyond the standard allowance, a fee of SGd15 per luggage will be charged.

Thomas was a very efficient. My flight landed early. When I disembarked Thomas had already messaged me that he was aware my flight was early and was on his way. He was waiting for me when I came out of the baggage area. He was very helpful and informative about what to do whilst in Singapore.

The transfer service was a great start to my vacation in Singapore.
