Feeling at home in Singapore

The experience from the time we booked until it ended was exceptional. Our guide Hillary reach out ahead of time and ask what exactly we were looking to expect from the tour. We wanted to learn a little history about Singapore. We visited temples, little India, the light show, malls, help with dining and had the chance to ride the trains and bus. Excellent communication pleasant person, fantastic knowledge of the history and the city! Made great recommendations and hit all the top spots in Singapore. One of the beat tours yet Very friendly, we got picked up at hotel and then returned. Saw all the attractions we wanted.

Fantastic day in Singapore

A lovely day in Singapore! Moved around on city bus and subways, which are impeccably clean. Great food in local market, and great insights into the city culture!

Sweet and nice local...

Sweet and nice local young lady, unfortunately her English was limited and most of the time was spent on transportation and did not get to all the places cited on the itinerary. Grateful though.

Operator response

This tour uses public transportation as a standard option. You were clearly informed about this when booking so complaining about this is unfair and inappropriate. You are responsible for reading the tour description. You could have paid for a taxi or driver instead, but you did not want. About language: We did not have complaint like this with the guide before. When you travel outside of your own country USA, it is normal that people do not speak perfect English and / or have accents, especially on a budget tour. With your attitude, maybe not travelling is better, or just travelling to countries where English is the first language. Or simply paying much more to have a service you expect. It is very unfair to book a cheap budget walking tour, and then complain about such things.

Excellent tour with knowledgeable guide.

Minh met me at my hotel. She is a charming, knowledgeable young woman. We walked to China town, visited a couple of temples and also a large mall at Orchard. Minh looked after me and shared her knowledge. It was very interesting and I visited places I may not have gone to on my own.

Our walking tour of Singapore

This is a nine hour walking tour so it was very strenuous. We walked about 8 miles that day. If you’re going to see Singapore in one day this tour gives you the opportunity to see everything you want.
