Pickup Locations & Times
Please take note of the following important information: 1. Stay Connected • If you do not have data service, please connect to the hotel’s Wi-Fi to stay in touch. • Please ensure you have WhatsApp installed, as it will be used for communication when necessary during your pick-up. 2. Luggage Capacity • Refer to the selected vehicle category for luggage capacity guidelines. • If unsure, kindly amend your booking to a larger vehicle to ensure sufficient space. 3. Pick-Up Time and Waiting Policy • Complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes will be provided from the scheduled pick-up time. • After 15 minutes, a waiting time charge will apply. Please inform us in advance if you require more time. • After 30 minutes, if we are unable to reach you, the chauffeur may have to leave, and the booking will be considered completed with no refund. 4. Chauffeur Meeting Point • Your chauffeur will be waiting at the hotel lobby driveway at the scheduled time, holding a sign with your name. This listing is not applicable for pick-up at the Airport/Seaport Terminal.

I do not know what happened to our driver, but he did not arrive. When I contacted Mavern they sent out a new driver and refunded the cost. We were 30 minutes later than we wanted to be, but Mavern did everything they could to make it right, so I have to give them credit where it is due. The car was absolutely spotless, the second driver was marvellous. I will book through them again.

We were heading to the cruise port with 5 bags and accessories. So glad we didn't try to use the MRT. The driver was pleasant and efficient. Arrived on time and helped us with our bags. The car was extremely comfortable

The driver showed up 15 mins before the pick up time ( as we were all ready for pick up then). The van is very clean and The driver is very friendly and courteous! Highly recommend this company!

The driver was on time he was very helpful we needed a wheelchair at the airport he helped me to find one. He was like a tour guide on the way. Good experience

I booked this airport service for my elderly parents traveling to Singapore. I was worried since I wasn't traveling with them and I'm back in the US but Maven Limousine Services sent email updates to me until the drop off at the airport. They answer my phone call promptly when I had questions. I really appreciate their services and will definitely use it again. I recommend this service.
Singapore is such an advanced city, very busy, lots of going on., MRT is very convenient, took us a few times to get it down .
Much cheaper than an Uber or booking through the hotel, great communication from viator and also the appointed driver
