What a great experience we had on our visit, seeing huge animals at night. It was very well maintained.
Great experience at the Night Safari. The tram ride was smooth and fun, and seeing animals at night was unique. Everything was well organized, and the team was very responsive.
Sadly I did not read the reviews first (a first for me) and was among those who got the bait and switch on the time of the ticket. Booked and confirmed for 7:45 but on day of was told we could only have 9:45 as people had booked the other times and entry was limited. It was futile to argue that so had I! Unfortunately it was our last night in town and leaving on an early flight so it was a late night. The safari itself was nice and we were happy with the tram and the number of animals we were able to see. However, the zoo closes at midnight so we weren’t able to walk all of the trails. Also beware, grab rides are very difficult to get that late at night. Zoo employees advised us to take the bus to the nearest MRT station, which was great - but the MRT ends around midnight so don’t wait until too late as the buses fill up fast and you may have to wait for two buses.
