Please proceed to check in, kindly provide your name and booking number. Our operation will contact you by email to confirm the pick-up hotel and time in advance. Please plan to meet your driver at your hotel lobby or meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. • You may be considered a no-show if you arrive at least 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel.

The show was good, but the tour operator’s communication skills need major improvement. I received a message from them two days prior to show, saying “more details will be provided soon”. I didn’t know what “soon” meant as I continued to wait for pick up instructions. I followed up on day of event at 9 in morning, 5 in afternoon, and again at 5:45. No response whatsoever. Hotel front desk called at 6:30 to tell me driver had arrived! After we were in the van on way to pick up other passengers did I receive the message from tour company telling me the driver had arrived…. I will not recommend booking through this company based on my experience with them.

The show is very cute! I was in Phuket with my granddaughter on a vacation. We were late in catching the transportation and needed to find our own way to show. We were escorted to our seats when we arrived-even though we were late. We were able to use the transportation to return to our hotel. Everyone was very accommodating.
