Phi Phi Island Tour’s first glimpse of magic - Maya Bay Phi Phi Maya Bay has been a "must sightseeing location" for hordes of Thailand tourists for decades and as such, has suffered from its overuse. Thankfully the National Park prohibited from 2018 to the end of 2021, any boat from dropping anchor in the bay and alighting at the beach, to allow the gorgeous coral island treasures, wildlife and environment time to recover. You will be one of the first boats to arrive and this awe inspiring bay to enjoy placing the first footprints of the day into it's fine white sand. ***During the months of August and September, the Phi Phi National Park closes Maya Bay to tourists to allow some annual rejuvenation to the ecosystem. The tour’s emerald crown, Pileh Lagoon - Tide Dependent Our next port of call on our sunrise tour, if tide allows, is Pileh Lagoon before the crowds arrive. It is a spectacular emerald green lagoon surrounded by high limestone cliffs on 3 sides, one of the world's most gorgeous natural swimming pools. Grab your action camera and film or take a photo of the extremely spectacular view of the emerald waters merging with the caves and the blue clear horizon.
Experience the Phi Phi Islands from underwater - 1st Snorkeling Stop It is now time to explore the magical underwater world with some swimming and snorkeling during our speedboat tour. We supply all your snorkeling equipment including fins and flotation aids such as life jackets and swim noodles. The staff are always there (in and out of the water) ready to help any first timers with encouragement, advice and sometimes just a helping hand throughout the day tour. In around Phi Phi waters, we are regularly visited by Whale Sharks, Dolphins, Whales and Reef Sharks. If you're lucky we may see these on tour!
Phi Phi Islands have their secrets - Macaque Monkeys and the Viking Cave During the tour, we will stop by one of the local beaches for a viewing of the monkey troops. For our own safety, we stay on the boat whilst viewing these cute Long-tailed Macaques on the monkey beach. For animal lovers, this is one of the most featured moments of the tour! The Viking Cave is home to the special Birds’ Nests used to make Birds Nest Soup. It is not possible to enter this enormous cave but we will show you from the outside and you can witness the armed guards guarding the birds' nests from looters!

Bamboo Island or Koh Rang Yai. Here, you can swim, bathe, relax and take in the sights. Both are true paradise islands with crystal clear waters, picturesque palm trees, and soft white sand. Take your time to enjoy the island’s beauty at one of the most stunning beaches in the world and end your day the right way.

We provide complimentary transfers to all areas around Phuket. Pick up commences approx 5am. If your pickup location is outside of Phuket, we need to hire a private car to make the return transfer. The cost for car will depend on your location and we will arrange this for you. We will send through an exact pick-up time by 3pm the day before the tour.

Very good experience. We chose the sunrise tour to avoid the crowds and thats exactly what simba gave us. Their timings are perfect. We were the first ones to reach Maya Bay. We got the entire beach to ourselves. Truly a memorable experience. The snokerling sights chosen by simba were excellent. We got to see marine life in abundance. The waters were crystal clear and had very less crowd. A SPECIAL MENTION TO OUR GUIDE SARA. She was extremely polite, cooperative, considerate. She explained each sight visit to us and gave us alot of time to explore the places. We were well taken care of.

It's an early start which is rewarded by a lovely sunrise and much reduced crowds at Maya Bay. The guide and crew were very helpful, especially with less confident swimmers and getting on and off the boat. The boat is swift and comfortable. Our guide Noi Noi was informative and also entertaining, as well as making sure everyone was safe. Really cannot fault this trip to a very beautiful, but over visited place. We saw everything including the picture postcard colours of the sea and islands, enjoyed being plied with snacks and drinks on the boat, morning tea with homemade banana bread and sticky rice, as well as a top Thai lunch on return to port.

We had an incredible Phi Phi Islands tour, made even more memorable by our amazing guide, Dee. Amazing! There were many...many tour companies with all sorts of boats but I am so glad I took the tour with Simba. I actually took the tour on Dec. 23, 2023! and the guide the crew on the boat were amazing, hard working and very pleasant people. Especially the food! Easy to book, great communication. Everything was very well organised from the very early start through to drop off at the end of the day. Friendly team, small number of participants (14 in our group) Sunrise was beautiful from the water. The early start meant we were leaving locations as others arrived. Loved the swimming and snorkelling. Snacks and food throughout the trip were well timed and thoughtful. We had a wonderful time although made a rookie error with sunscreen and paid the price with sunburn.

This was one of the best experiences of our entire trip to Thailand! From the moment we were picked up at our hotel in comfortable, air-conditioned minivans until we were dropped back at the resort, everything was so well organised and ran seamlessly. A huge thank you to Dee and her incredible team, who made the day so special. They were friendly, attentive, organised, and always made sure everyone was having a great time. Their energy and hospitality really made the experience unforgettable. The itinerary was perfectly planned. We arrived at Maya Bay early in the morning, before the large crowds, which meant we could truly appreciate just how breathtaking it is. To make the morning even better, we were treated to sticky rice and delicious banana bread for breakfast while enjoying one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Throughout the day we explored some incredible locations around the Phi Phi Islands, including: * A long stop at Maya Bay before it became busy. * Two fantastic snorkelling spots with crystal-clear water and vibrant marine life. * A secluded swimming location away from the crowds. * A peaceful private beach where we could relax and soak in the scenery. The food was another highlight. We were constantly looked after with drinks, snacks, and fresh fruit throughout the trip, and when we returned around 1:30 pm, a delicious Thai buffet lunch was waiting for us. There was plenty of variety, and everything was fresh and tasty. Travelling by speedboat was also part of the adventure. It was fast, exciting, and meant we could maximise our time at each destination instead of spending hours travelling between islands. Just be aware that the ride can be a little bumpy and you may get splashed along the way, so if you’re not a fan of speed or getting a bit wet, it’s something to keep in mind. For us, it was absolutely worth it! Overall, this tour exceeded every expectation. Amazing scenery, fantastic food, seamless organisation, and an outstanding crew led by Dee. If you’re looking for a Phi Phi Islands tour that offers incredible value and creates unforgettable memories, this is the one to book. We would do it again in a heartbeat! 🌴🚤🏝️🐠💙
