They never showed up and where they told us to meet them is a taxi line not a pick up line. Nobody heard of them.
We had difficulty finding the driver, a co-ordinator brought us to him in the taxi rank - we had expected a private shuttle
Thank you for your review. The shuttle works with a coordinator who meet all tourists in the terminal and show them the drivers to avoid stress at your arrival.
They never showed up. They took my money and attempted to charge me more than what the post said. Vittoria was not responsive. I need a refunding. Needs zero stars. Viator should take them off
Our driver Pino was excellent!!! Really nice guy, speaks only Italian. He’s got a translator app on his phone which made communicating easy.
Driver never showed up and had to take a taxi. Viator was to reimburse and still hasn’t. Should be ZERO stars.
TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THEY cancelled my reservation, after speaking with me earlier in the day. Then did not show up to the door after gathering my luggage and when I called they gaslit me and told me I had cancelled the reservation. Then they did it again the day of my transfer back to the airport. Good luck when the Italian Economy tanks lower. Conducting business like this won’t get you far.
