The meeting point in the activity description was another one than the one provided in the map. We used the Viator App Directions to drive to pickup point. So we spend almost an hour in a freezing parking lot in Kananaskis waiting for the shuttle until we got message that the transport left without us because we did not show up. Frustrating and a ruined chance to see the icefields because there is only one transport per day and all other days were full. At least we got a half apology and a full refund.
