Wrong terminal and meeting instructions sent. After searching for close to 3 hours I gave up and took train. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Horrific experience after 14 plus hours of flying! Still waiting for my refund!
Never showed up at airport no sign and no communication. Also reached out on WhatsApp and in Viator no response!
Viator gives absolutely no information about where and whom to meet. "Pickup at airport" is not specific enough and the Viator agent via chat misdirected me to a bus provider. The shuttle driver left us and we had to arrange significantly more expensive alternate transport. Viator has very poor communication with their providers (at least in Rome). Not good. Would not recommend.
We were in the pick up area at 8 o’clock waiting for our 9 o’clock ride. He never showed up. We called at least four times before 9 o’clock and waited till 9:30. We called Viator and they tried calling with no answer so they gave us a full credit. We ended up trying to get other transportation to our cruise ship.
Very helpful and great service from the airport to the Vehicle. Great Vehicle a Mercedes-Benz van. The driver was very nice. Just real relaxing.
