- Cancellations due to weather: You will have a chance to reschedule or be issued a full refund in the event that the Captain decides to cancel your tour due to weather.
- Passenger waivers must be completed online in advance to board. If a waiver is NOT completed for any passenger, boarding is NOT permitted and no refund is available. A LINK for online Waivers, 1 for each person, is emailed along with your reservation confirmation email.
- NO boarding allowed or refunds available for passengers who show up intoxicated or with children under 5 years old, or who cause a disturbance.

Excellent hospitality and fun crew. Knew the area well. Saw a group of dolphin right outside our boat. Snorkeling with my kindergartener and preteen daughter was a blast. Catamaran is the way to go. Noodles, swim vest with snorkel gear (mask, snorkel, and flippers included) Would definitely book again. Thanks you Captain JP and mate Bailey!

Captain Sandy and first mate Simone did an excellent job maintaining professionalism and putting me at ease as a novice swimmer and new to snorkeling. The spot we were taken to had many fish and a variety of coral to view plus a ship wreck! It was also quite shallow just as stated. Life jackets and thick pool noodles are provided to wear while snorkeling which was very reassuring for me and kept me afloat very well. The refreshment fruit was ripe and fresh. We also saw a pod of 5 or so dolphins which was amazing!! Highly recommend this excursion to any person new or curious about snorkeling.
Not good. Given the weather was not ideal. Which means they should have cancelled. Captain Sandy really did not add much to the trip. In other tours we have taken, even if the weather is not ideal, the crew usually provides other commentary and historic facts about the area which we always find enjoyable. He just sat there. Took us to an area where literally we saw nothing in terms of snorkeling. And my fins also broke. The captain and first mate seemed out of sync and it was just turned into a really long boat ride.
We’re sorry the conditions were not to your liking. But we would have appreciated your feedback more when you were still here. We did have other folks who really wanted to go and had a great time, in spite of not ideal conditions. We do hope you come back next visit, so you can experience the magic so many others have, even when conditions were not perfect.
Great day on the water the highlight was having the dolphins swimming around the boat. The captain JP was very knowledgeable and fun to engage
The captain JP and Deb were very friendly and welcoming. There were 7 people (including us) on our trip. We were able to watch a pod of 5 dolphins for quite a long while and sailed a bit to enjoy the sun and ocean. The winds were coming from the wrong direction for good snorkeling but, we saw some more dolphins on the way back to the marina. We had a nice day on the water.
Eddie and Deb made us feel very welcomed. We felt like they were long time friends. The ride was great and the snorkeling was awesome.
It was an absolutely fantastic experience, even with the cold breeze that made the situation more challenging and tested our resilience. Despite that the event remained deeply memorable. The captain and crew members were exceptional—highly professional, engaging, and attentive to every detail, which greatly contributed to the overall positive atmosphere.
