It was awful! We waited in line for 40 min in the hot sun only to get to the counter and have them tell us we weren't on that cruise and to run across to the other side of the dock to try to catch the right one. This was after we specifically asked a girl working if we were in the right line. she looked at my tickets and said yes just stay in this line. We missed the cruise on our last night here and when we went to let them know the ladies acted like it was no big deal and threw a buy one get one coupon for an appetizer to us. Furious is an understatement.
It was great! Lovely boat crew, good apps, free drinks. Plenty of room to move about the boat and it has restrooms!
The live music added a really nice vibe however there were not nearly enough seats for everyone. I think next time it would be best to let less people on the boat

The ship was beautiful and the staff was awesome. I was up sold when we checked in for higher scale drink package but when we got onto the boat the same liquor was given to everyone. Felt unfair

Beautiful boat, friendly crew, and delicious appetizers! The sunset cruise was smooth, the boarding process was easy and well organized, and the live musician played relaxing music that created a wonderful atmosphere. It was a very enjoyable experience!

This was my first experience with my loved one. It was amazing. The crew led by the captain was very outgoing, funny, and very welcoming. The crew was amazing at making this experience memorable. The sunset looked like something out of a painting! Would highly recommend for first times as well as returners. I met allot of patrons that return multiple times. That says it all! 🤙
