No explanation on surrounding areas or history! However the staff is friendly, and will bring drinks.
I booked an English speaking cruise but it was bilingual, 60% Spanish 40% English. As not as much was covered in English by the time it was the sight was well in the distance and some not even mentioned. Cruise was shortened due to a river event so to fill the time did the same stretch 3 times! So unlike other reviews was 1.5 hours as advertised. Staff were lovely
Lovely friendly staff 👌 Rachel and all crew, thank you so much for such a lovely boat river cruise. History was on point during the cruise 🛳 All experience was superb on a Lovely sunny afternoon with lovely music, drinks 🍸 of choice and tapas. Would recommend to anyone to try this fantastic river cruise
9 of us walked down to departure point to find no boat. We waited and then got a call 10 mins after departure time saying trip was cancelled as boat was broken down and they'd rebook us on the evening cruise, we already had plans for the evening so were left very disappointed. I feel they should of called earlier as they would of known before this that the boat wasnt working.
Unreliable, boat was cancelled late without warning, after long walk to boat station in heat ,other boats were operating.
I would have given zero stars but there was no option for it. They cancelled the activity and did bother to contact us. We got to the pick up point and had to call them to find out the boat was not coming due to a problem with the battery. They said that they had tried to contact me but that’s a lie because I booked with Apple Pay so that have everything they need to get in touch. We walked down the river and found another boat which was fantastic. Will never use them again.
It’s an hour cruising on a canal not the Guadalquivir River. Nothing worthwhile seeing or even commenting on. Don’t waste your time!
There were no tapas and the drinks are not included. It was still very enjoyable even thought it was very hot.
Dull trip lazy food most of the trip you spend going past derelict docks and huge slag heaps. It was that bad it was funny
Very impressed with the tour guide who could speak 3 to 4 different languages, and make sure all the guests were accommodated. All of the staff on board were extremely gracious and made us feel welcome. Would recommend anyone coming to Seville!
